Refund Policy

Our approach

We care about every project we take on, and we want the terms to be fair on both sides. This policy protects your investment while recognizing the real time and work our team puts in from the moment an engagement begins.

1. Trial week

Our $500 trial week is designed to let you see how we work before committing to more. Because the trial delivers real design output within that week, it is non-refundable once work has started. If you have not yet been assigned a designer and no work has begun, you can cancel the trial for a full refund.

2. Monthly subscription

Our subscription runs month to month with no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to submit requests until then. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current month.

We do not refund partial months, unused time, or paused periods. If you do not cancel before your renewal date, the subscription renews automatically for the next period.

3. Fixed-scope projects

Larger projects are structured around a deposit and milestones.

The deposit. We ask for an upfront deposit to schedule your project, assign the team, and begin discovery. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This reflects the hours and resources committed on your behalf, not a penalty.

Milestones. Each milestone payment covers a specific phase and becomes non-refundable once that phase is approved, either in writing or through the silent-approval window set out in your project agreement. Approval locks the milestone.

If a project is cancelled mid-phase, we calculate a fair figure this way: the deposit is deducted first, all work completed to the cancellation date is charged at the agreed rate, and any prepaid balance left over is refunded within 30 business days.

4. When a refund may be available

Beyond the deposit, a refund may be considered if:

• We fail to start work within 30 days of the agreed start date because of something on our side.
• We materially fail to deliver the services in your signed scope and cannot fix it within 21 days of written notice.
• A phase is cancelled before any work on it has begun.

5. When refunds are not available

• Work has already begun on the phase the payment covers.
• You changed direction after approving the work.
• Delays were caused on your side, including late feedback or missing materials.
• Dissatisfaction with work that was delivered within the approved scope and brief. Once a direction has been reviewed and approved, satisfaction with it is not grounds for a refund.
• Out-of-scope requests we declined under the agreed terms.
• Concerns raised after you have received or accessed deliverables through staging links or design files. Receiving a preview confirms work is in progress.

6. After final delivery

Once the agreed work has been completed and the final files or deliverables are ready for handover, the project will be considered complete, even if the client has not yet downloaded, accepted, or taken final delivery of the work. Refunds are not available after the work has been completed and made ready for delivery.
